Question of immunity

The questions of the clinical immunity important but it is defferent from the matter of simple basic immunity for which the Noble Prize maybe awarded.

a) The immunity exists, within a triangle in interrelationship with autonomic nervous system and sprit, and it is insufficient to deal with the matter of immunity alone.

The fact that in BAL therapy in which 2-5 billion lymphocytes are given, only about 20% of efficacy can be obtained is because above problem has not been solved. Therefore, the problems of psychoneuroimmunomodulation, serious alexythimia, how to lead to a worthwile life should be solved which will be not discussed here this time.

b) As a problem existing prior to immunity which was pointed out by Dr.Toshihiko Yayama, heavy metal (Hg, Paradium) used for the treatment of teeth and contained in the drinking water must beliminated.

c) The problem of the latent infection of virus, bacteria and mold, as pointed out by Dr.Katsunari Nishihara suggersts the need to improve the clinical immunity by practicing a correct nasal breathing in a right manner.

d In an apparently affluent nurtritious state in the modern society, there exsist cases wherein a shortage of minute minerals which are vital to support life occurs. Particularly, one must be careful about the shortage of vital minerals such as calcium, selenium, zinc and molybdenum etc.

e) Through the effort to find the cause and countermeasures in consideration of the points explained above examining the immunological ability of 4 items, namely number of T cell, phytohemoagglutinin reaction of lymphocytes, stimulation index (S.I.) and NK cell activity, if an improvement in immunity is obtained, a small tumor can disappear by injecting vitamin A into the tumor or by the moxybution.

Of course, the Chinese medicine or designer foods (for example, GCP, phytostatin, super-maco and shark cartilage which cure the cancer vessels or fucodain which promotes apoptosis) could cause the tumor to dissappear. The thermotherapy introduced in this paper is pretty effective, too, if immunity is improved.

8) Vitalization of intestinal immunity

The meaning as to why the thymus which is called a higher developed immunity center retrogresses after the age of adolescence, has not been clarified yet. Would it mean that with the thymus originally differentiated from the grills, the important role in immunity during the period of middle age and old age returns to intestinal canal after the retrogression of thymus. Therefore, the cleaning of interstinal canal, namely removal of old faces in the intestine is very important.

It is said that a human body has 60 trillion cells, whereas the number of intestinal bacteria which have been inhabiting inside the human intestinal canal since the primitive earth environment age is said to be 100 trillion.

Mitochondria DNA has more diversity and polymorphism than nuclear DNA. There is an aspect that the cell is made ro live by the interstinal bacteria, i.e., which is the master and which is the subordinate.

In any event, it is very important for the good health of the human being that 100 trillion bacteria in human intestine be able to live in healthy state.

We are trying to vitalize the immunity of the intestine by conducting a refresh detoxification treatment(Rf). The detoxification treatment given to bowels by removing old faces improves the tumor marker value(CEA, ferritin) and also decreases the immunity suppressive substances(alpha one and two globulin fraction in another name : alph immunoregulatory protein) which clearly indicates an improvement of immunity.

Figure 2 shows an increase of the absolute number of T cells from 1252 to 2184 and Figure 3 shows an increase of NK activity from 28.5% to 45.7% afterthe Rf treatment.

Effect of Vitamin A

a) Vitamin A is important in that it is an element constituting the membrane of the cell. In most cases, the concentration of vitamin A in the blood of cancer patients shows a low value. This does not neccessary mean that it comes from its shortage in meals alone.

b) It has been reported that in case of cancer patients, vitamin A binding protein which carries the vitamin A absorbed by intestine shows a low value.

c) In view of the indication of the extremely low density of vitamin A in the cancer tissue, it is presumed that within the cancer tissu, a mechanism which serves to destroy vitamin A is working.

d) In light of those facts, it is neccessary to direct the cancer patients who are short of vitamin A to take such things as vitamin A supplement (chocola A 60000 IU) all trans retinoic acid (ATRA) and meals full of pumpkins.

e) A differentiation inducing ability is indicated in the differentiation inducting vitamin A derivatives (cis-transretinoic acid etc.) In leukemia (M3 and APL), ATRA is very effective with a 80-90% curability.

f) In conducting cancer treatment and prevention activities, in the event that an administration of vitamin A does not increase vitamin A in the blood, it should be improved even by injecting intramuschulat 50000〜100000 units of retinoic acid (chocola A). If the vitamin A in the blood is improved likewise the effect of immunity treatment is improved.

10) On systemic immunothermochemotherapy (s-ITC)

First, prior to commencing on treatment, a muschular injection of retinoic acid (50000-100000 units depending on the concentration of vitamin A in the blood) is given.

An attempt is made to raise the body temperature using various methods, since it is known that an elevation of body temperature higher than normal to 39 degree C causes the immunity effect to increase 2-10 times higher.

a) As to the methods of elevating the body temperature, the first method is the whole body thermotherapy in which a treatment is applied to raise the body temperature by using biological response modifier (BRM), for example, by injecting a small amount of immunity promoting substances, such as picibanil (OK432) or interferon, into the vein continuously, thus maintaining a high body temperature for a period of 20 hours to 2 days (BRM induced ITC).

Another method is the dome type whole body hyperthermia designed to maintain the body temperature at 40-41.5 degree C for two hours by using infrared rays.

The second method is the dome type thermotherapy which means immunotherapy.

b) Revolution of chemotherapy

The conventional chemotherapy aims at complete reaction (CR) or necrosis of cancer by using as large quantity as possible of chemotherapy. Whereas our concept is that since the cancer cell is a same family member's cell, it is unnecessary to aim at necrosis of cancer cell, although the differentiation induction therapy is necessary. Therefore, we aim at creating a lead to inducing apoptosis by using least possible amount of chemotherapeutic material which has thermosensitivity. Therefore, a small amount of chemotherapeutic material to be used, for example, 5 mg one time in case of CDDP, is sufficient.

With the use of this small amount, an immunity stimulation effect can be obtained.

c) During warming period, checking operation of oxidative substance and activated oxygen is conducted by using 20-30 g/day of vitamin C.

d) During warming period, infusion of 500 ml saline containing actosin and aminophilline, is slowly injected intravenously during a period of 6-24 hours.

Conducting above process (a) thru (d) as a program is the ITC treatment.

8) one example of immunothermothermochemotherapy (ITC)

Lt us introduced a case of a prostate cancer male patient (61 years old) treated with apoptosis induction promoting therapy. On august 8, his tumor marker PSA elevated and he was diagnosed as having a prostate cancer after undergoing biopsy. He rejected to undergo a surgical operation and so our new apoptosis induction therapy (ITC) was give, after conducting treatment for 4 times, both tumor marker PSA and gamma-seminoprotein values were found to stay almost within the normal range.

After carrying out ITC treatment for 8 times, we intend to follow-up and observe by containing dosage of Chinese medicine "Sun Advance".

The quantity used of the chemotherapy for above ITC treatment is 5 mg x 8 times=40 mg, which is an extremely small amount, compared with that in common knowledgr held by medical doctors of conventional chemotherapy, thus causing no side effect and immunity is improved.

Second example of s-ITC

42 years old female suffered from mammary cancer. Ten days later, she suffered suddenly from super bone metastasis on 14 june, 1995. After her carring out 23 times of s-ITC, her data became better within normal range. Six month later, she could walk by her self.
